May 1 is the day all incoming Freshman have to declare which college they will be attending and formally accept offers of scholarship and financial aid. Many students have done that already, but today is the deadline. We wanted to celebrate today and feature where our Seniors are attending this fall.
We have Cameron W. attending Murray State and he hopes to pursue something in Behavioral Science.
Noah C. is enrolling at the University of Kentucky and he wants to pursue a career in criminal justice.
Kendall H. is heading to Georgetown College (WOOHOO! my alma mater!) to focus on pre-medicine with her major in Biology and minor in Spanish.
Daniel C. is going to the University of the Cumberlands and hopes to major in exercise science. He will be playing basketball for them as well.
Taylor B. (not picture) plans to attend Purdue University. She will be majoring in BioEngineering.
We are so proud of our Seniors! We wanted to give them an opportunity to share with our middle and high school students where they are going. It also gave us an opportunity to have a time of prayer over them and their exciting future. God has BIG plans for each of them and we pray they continue to follow him on their journey.
"For I know the plans I have for you", declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you, not to harm you, to give you a hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)
