Principal for the Day

Each year, we offer an item at our fall auction that includes a chance to be "Principal for the Day". An individual, family, or group may win with the highest bid. This year, one of our students, Carter A, purchased this opportunity (thanks to Mom and Dad!). 

Carter chose to have today be a "Sports day". All students were permitted to wear a favorite sports jersey or team shirt to school. 

He called some friends to the office for a board meeting and lunch. 

We filled up water balloons for the special extended recess in the afternoon. 

We held a staff vs. students basketball game in the gym complete with our Lion mascot. Students were given foam hands and Pom-poms. 

It was a fun-filled day!
